You also have the right to seize the National Commission of Data processing and Freedoms (the CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy – TSA 80715 – 75334 PARIS CEDEX 07, of any complaint relating to the way in which AIRSEAS collects and processes your data.

What do we do if your personal data is breached ?

We will inform you as soon as possible of any breach of your personal data that is likely to result in a high risk to his or her rights and freedoms, in accordance with Articles 33 and 34 of the GDPR.

However, this obligation to inform is not necessary if (i) we have implemented appropriate technical and organisational protection measures and these have been applied to the personal data affected by the breach, (ii) we have taken subsequent steps to ensure that the high risk to your rights and freedoms is no longer likely to materialise, (iii) or if this obligation to inform would require disproportionate efforts.

We will notify the CNIL as soon as possible and if possible within 72 hours of becoming aware of any breach that may pose a high risk to your rights and freedoms.

Do we use subcontractors ?

We use subcontractors with sufficient guarantees that they implement appropriate technical and organisational measures so that the processing of personal data meets the requirements of the GDPR.

Where applicable, the processing of Personal Data carried out by a processor is governed by a contract concluded between the processor and ourselves AIRSEAS and/or one of its affiliates in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. It is imposed on our subcontractors the same obligations and the same level of requirement as that to which we are subjected within the framework of the treatment of the personal data.
